Three for individuals, three for business. One annual fee — half at engagement, half before filing. Everything past the baseline is a published add-on, so nobody counts forms.
Pick the line that describes you, then read down. Every business price includes the owner household's personal return.
No business and no Schedule C. Your return, your questions, and as much planning as you want.
A straightforward year, filed right.
Get started →You want the estimates and the plan, not just the return.
Get started →You want us reachable and the notices handled.
Get started →Your baseline is one household return, joint or single, one state, and investment sales. Anything past that is on the add-on list below, at a published price.
The handful of things that genuinely move a fee, priced the same on every package and paid on the same schedule. This is the whole list.
Add-ons follow the package: half at engagement, half before filing. Nobody counts forms, and nothing on this page is hand-priced.
Concierge already includes books to 100 transactions a month, payroll for 3 people, and one sales-tax state. Past that you move up a band. These are delivered every month, so they are billed every month.
Bands, not units. You never see a per-transaction or per-employee price, and you never move up a band without being told first.
Never part of a package, never billed by the hour. Get started →
Past the top published band, a price off a grid would be a guess. You get a real number after we have seen the file, and before any work starts.
Half when you engage us, half before your return is filed. Nothing is delivered before it is paid for, and nothing is billed before it is delivered. Books, payroll and sales tax are the exception: they happen every month, so they are billed every month.
Essential if you want the return filed right and nothing else. Complete if you want the quarterly estimates and a written plan before year end — that is the one most clients land on. Concierge if you want next-day answers, your notices handled, and, for a business, the books and payroll run too.
Because a package price has to cover a defined baseline. Without published add-ons the heaviest client in a package pays the same as the lightest and costs three times as much to serve. Publishing them is what keeps the grid simple and the price honest — and it means you can work out your own fee before you ever call us.
Tell us. We review scope at ninety days and again at renewal. A new entity, a new state or a jump in volume triggers a written fee revision for the next engagement year. Never retroactively.
Yes. Nine or more entities, a consolidated return, a foreign entity, volumes past the top published band, and any controller or CFO work. Those are quoted at intake. So is prior-period cleanup and any back year that was never filed.
IRS representation, audit defense, prior-period cleanup, business valuation, transaction diligence, legal advice and investment advice. Those are separate, quoted upfront, and never billed by the hour.
Yes. Call or text (863) 370-8115. Tax questions get a written answer in the portal too, so you always have a record to go back to.
We'll talk through your situation, answer questions, and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit. If we're not, we'll point you somewhere that is.
