Enrolled Agent. MBA. QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Notary Public. Mostly: the person you call when something money-related changes and you'd rather not figure it out alone.
I grew up around small business owners — restaurant owners, tradespeople, friends launching side hustles. They worked enormously hard, and they consistently got served the same kind of tax help: a once-a-year transactional filing exchange with someone who never quite seemed to remember them between Aprils.
That always struck me as backwards. The tax code is one of the most consequential financial instruments in any business owner's life. It deserves a real partner — someone who's looking at the books in May, in August, and in November, not just in April.
So Ring Tax is built on the opposite premise. Year-round engagement. Quarterly check-ins. Plain-English reasoning behind every move. And a single firm — eventually a single ecosystem — for tax, books, payroll, advisory, wealth, and lending. Because the real work of building wealth is coordination, and coordination only happens when one person is paying attention to all of it.
I live in Lakeland, Florida. I read more financial-history books than is healthy, spend too much time on the water, and I'm a sucker for a well-run small business and a homemade pot of chili.
